An aide to the former president Goodluck Jonathan has written a letter to the Acting President Yemi Osinbajo.
Doyin Okupe, in his advisory letter titled “The State of Our Divided Nation” to the acting president said necessary steps must be taken to avoid a looming crisis in the country.
Okupe said it is important to note that the drums of war was sounding at every corner of Nigeria and that adequate measures must be put in place to ensure the situation is nipped in the bud.
He also warned that things would fall apart if no adequate steps were taken by the federal government.
One of the conditions he gave was that a Federal committee be set up to address the Biafra issue.
Over 2 days ago, Osinbanjo signed the budget into law, this budget is said to be titled “Budget for Economic recovery and growth”.
